Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a 100% charge of the missed service. Frequent cancellations (3 or more in 6 months or 2 consecutive) and/or missed appointments (no show) will result in the termination of future treatment/service. ***No Call/No Show Policy*** No call/no shows will not be tolerated and you will be charged 100% of the missed service and you will no longer be able to book with us. ***Late Arrivals Policy*** If you are running a little behind, please text 970-306-6130. If you are more than 15 minutes late your service will be cancelled and charged 100% of your service. All cancellation/no show fees will be charged day of the missed appointment. Hi! I’m the owner of Piper Gretchen. I've been a nail tech since 2007. I offer a service called a Structured Gel Manicure with high-end e-file cuticle work. It's an overlay with a structure built in to add strength as you grow your natural nails out, allowing my clients to come back every 3-4 weeks!
